    Create a gemstone beaded mala for yourself, a personal piece of jewellery with a deep meaning and power. With 108 healing crystals, you can wear your own mala as a necklace or bracelet as you prefer.

    Choose from various healing crystals that will sustain you in you chosen path and get yourself immersed in the relaxing process of hand knotting, bead after bead.

    Making a mala is a mindful experience itself:
    - first, you choose the gemstones that you feel drawn to that will help you achieving the goals and state of ming you want
    - the process of making and hand-knotting is relaxing by repetition
    - when you have your mala finished you invest it with an intention for your journey.

    A mala necklace is a string of 108 gemstones hand-knotted on a jewellery cord. It is used in meditation, affirmations, and mantras. It comes from the eastern world but we can find it in various cultures as an object of spiritual connection and beautiful jewellery.

    The meaning of 108 represents 1 the higher truth, 0 - the whole, the Universe and 8 - the Infinity. They are loads of other symbols for the number that we will cover during the workshop.

    At the end of the workshop you'll have your own mala necklace to take it home.

    No previous experience is required for this workshop - just join and follow your heart!

    What you need to know:


    Location: The workshop will normally take place in Shoreditch at weekends and weekdays daytime and in Central London for weekdays evenings. You will receive a message with exact location and details prior to the event.

    You don't need any previous experience to join the workshop, this is a beginners workshop.
