I am Amelia, the host of The Blissful Art.
This mindful and healing corner was born from my deep desire to guide you to live mindfully and present, to enjoy the moment, learn to live at ease and discover the happiness within you.
I am a mindfulness meditation guide, a wellness coach, hypnotherapist and a self-taught artist. I love to create following my intuition. I run mindfulness and meditation workshops in London, with the main purpose of facilitating well-being, healing and self-reflection.
With an interest in stress management and a passion for personal growth, I aim to guide people to tap into the power of their own mind, find the balance within, and enjoy life.
For a long period of time, I was an artist by night and a finance professional by day. I discovered the healing power of the creative process as a tool to stay present in the moment and enjoy life while managing my stress in life.
I went through a self-healing exploratory process myself using many of the art&colour therapy techniques combined with meditation, mindfulness and reflections and working on my own healing and becoming the person I am now.
I have always been called by art. In my childhood, I loved drawing, crocheting, writing stories and poems.
Later in my life, I fell in love with the art of jewellery and the fascination of crystals, and I created jewellery and decorations for over 10 years in parallel with my finance career. It was such a meaningful experience and my whole energy was provided by the creative flow I experienced.
I created, offered, donated and sold hundreds of pieces over all these years, I taught workshops in groups of women, youths, and children but also for friends and family.
Learning the benefits that mindfulness and creativity brought into my life, I aim to facilitate this transformation into other people lives too. I love to work with small groups and also to offer private sessions.
You'll find me guiding meditation and mindfulness classes, self-reflective sessions for private groups.
